Department Introduction

  • The department includes the following groups: "Administrative Management Group," "International and Cross-Strait Affairs Group," "Technology Application and Local Revitalization Group," and "Religious Affairs Group."
  • In terms of curriculum design, in addition to the core professional required courses, two specialized programs, "Public Administration and Sustainable Leadership" and "International Affairs and Smart Marketing," are offered for students to choose from.
  • The teaching focuses on integrating related fields such as public administration, international and cross-strait affairs, sustainable leadership, artificial intelligence, and marketing. It aims to cultivate students to become administrative management professionals in government, enterprises, non-profit, and religious organizations, as well as experts in e-commerce, marketing, and foreign relations related to international and cross-strait affairs.

Future Career Paths

  • Administrative Management Group: This group combines the essence of humanities and social sciences and aims to cultivate students to become administrative management professionals in government agencies, business sectors, and non-profit organizations. The curriculum comprehensively covers areas such as policy analysis, organizational management, and basic law, emphasizing the organic combination of theory and practice, helping students build a solid and complete knowledge system. This group also focuses on guiding students in further education planning, employment preparation, and civil service exam success to ensure they stand out in their career development.
  • International and Cross-Strait Affairs Group: In response to the trends of globalization and the rapid development of international relations, this group aims to cultivate students to become professionals in government agencies, multinational corporations, non-profit organizations, and large enterprises with expertise in administrative management, public relations planning, communication negotiation, international marketing, market research, and industry analysis. The curriculum combines theory and practice and covers diverse topics in international affairs and cross-strait relations, providing students with ample learning opportunities and practical platforms. The group also actively guides students in further education planning, employment preparation, and civil service exams.
  • Technology Application and Local Revitalization Group: This group’s teaching focuses on integrating technology and digital marketing, combining innovative technologies, social practices, and interdisciplinary features. It aims to cultivate students to become outstanding professionals with the ability to apply technology and build local brands. The curriculum integrates theory and practice, using field trips and research projects to develop students' comprehensive skills in information technology, e-commerce, digital marketing, and social innovation. The group is committed to establishing a solid foundation for students' future careers and actively assists students in further education planning, employment preparation, and innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Religious Affairs Group: This group aims to cultivate students to become excellent professionals in religious and non-profit organizations in fields such as management, marketing, education, communication, and service. The curriculum covers topics such as the management, marketing, strategic planning, and social impact of religious and non-profit organizations, and integrates cross-cultural comparisons and policy research to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for religious affairs. Students are encouraged to participate in practical activities in religious and non-profit organizations, including visits, seminars, and social services, fostering the combination of theory and practice. The group also helps students develop good career opportunities in religious organizations, educational institutions, and public service sectors.
